Dear Parents/Carers,
We have been asked by St Helens LEA to share the QR code link below for you to access their parent and carer survey related to your experience of the SEND system within St Helens borough.
St Helens LEA are interested to hear from parents and carers of young people with SEND about their experiences of the SEND system.
This short survey has been co-produced with St Helens LEA parent carer forum, and will take about 15 minutes to complete.
The survey will be closed for responses on the 22nd of November.
