KS2 Food Technology - Edible Garden
As part of their edible garden topic in Food Technology, KS2EE pupils added mint, lemon and cucumber to ice cold water to produce their own drink creation. This lovely refreshing drink was offered to staff and pupils around school to taste and give feedback.
Y8 Art - Ancient Egypt
Year 8 have been investigating Ancient Egypt - culture, customs, beliefs and artwork. Pupils explored the pattern and shapes used in Egyptian art and crafts, to create a monoprint based on this. To develop their designs further they added paint and metallic pens.

History - World War II Propoganda
KS3 have been exploring World War 2 and how it affected life in Britain. Pupils have been reviewing propaganda posters used to inspire people to help with the war effort. Using their own conclusions pupils then designed their own posters and slogans.

Y11 Pupil Led Bearings Lesson
Year 11 working collaboratively to solve problems involving bearings in Maths today. Pupils related this topic to their experiences of travelling by boat and/or plane and attempted some mixed exam style questions in preparation for their forthcoming GCSE examinations.
KS4 Cross Curricular Bread Making Process
KS4 pupils in Food Technology studying the cross curricular bread making process looking at the Science of yeast - rising and fermentation. Pupils researched savoury bread options and chose a sweet banana bread. Pupils customised their bread by adding chocolate chips or sultanas.
